I am a long time model builder, straight out of the box, but kitbashing and studio scale are my favorite subjects.

WWII future sci-tech Hover platforms
WWII future sci tech radio car
The Future WW2 Sci-Tech continues with this SDKFZ 232 upgraded to plasma reactor. Its a hover radio car, Tamiya 8 rad is the main kit with parts from the 88mm flak ( a great kit for bashing) I usually have several on hand. I scavanged a resin engine from a 48th harrier to act as the plasma reactor. The interior details are what I imagine it would look like. Parts from RPM WW1 mustard gas tank and rpm German ambulance tank.

Studio Scale BSG Laser turret
Studio scale BSG laser turret: This project has been in the works for 2 years. ID'ing the kits used was a real challenge. I designed the base parts in fusion 360. Then had them printed, MJF (multi jet fusion) I would not use that material again, it is not suited for flat surfaces. Too many tiny pits, it really needed a lot a TLC (filler). The barrels are telescoped brass tubing, kits are Tamiya, Hasegawa, Fujimi and a few others.
The photo above is a screenshot from Battlestar Galactica. Eventually I will build the vingette background as well.
There still are a few kits left to ID, but time will solve these mysteries.
Si-Fi wall.
Sci-Fi large scale ship panel. I had several large peices of ABS plastic laying around, so I decided to bash a background panel. It was bashed from what I call BTB, back to box parts. I pick parts for a kit bash and when I don't use them I put them in a ziplok bag meaning to get them back to their original box, but never really get their.
Ma.K PKA build
Ma.K PKA Heinrich: My first armored figure kit from the genre.
More work done on the Heinrich. I decided to convert it to an airborn scout. Rocket nozzels and fuel tanks are being fitted. I also started detailing the interior.I didn't care for the WW2 esque uniform, I ground it all off with my dremel, and used epoxy putty to sculpt a jumpsuit.
